PP spun-bonded non-woven fabric is a continuous filament formed by extrusion and stretching of polymer. The filament is laid into a net, and the net is then heat bonded to make the net into a non-woven fabric.
Products are hydrophilic, water-repellent, flame-retardant, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, anti-static, etc., suitable for industry, agriculture, clothing, packaging, sanitary materials, medical materials, furniture materials, etc.

Q: Whether Grand is the manufacturer?
A:Yes, we are. We have ten production lines, Our machine width detail :

Q: What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: For white, light blue, and Black color, you can order whatever quantity you want.
For other colors, The MOQ is three tons each color.
Q: What is the date of loading by ship?
A: The loading date from our factory is 7 to 15 days after receiving the deposit or LC document.
Q: How about the Payment term?
A: As per the Company policy, you need to pay 30%TT as a deposit. The rest balance based on BL copy. Or we can do LC at the sigh
Q: What is package do you use?
A: All our products are rolled by paper tube. The size of the paper tube is 3" and 2". Length per roll can be from 200m to 20000m. Then, we use PVC film and warping film to cover it. We also can packing rolls by pallet, which is according to the buyer's request.
Q: Which seaport you use?
A: We are in ZIBO city, the port we are using is QINGDAO port. QINGDAO port is 260 km from our factory. and it cost 2 hours from Beijing to our factory by train.
Q: Can you send us samples?
A: Yes, samples can be arranged for free, and freight is collect. You just need to give us your courier number Or you can have the order to express company yourself to ask them to pick up a sample from us.

A Brief History
In the past 16 years, we have been offering quality products to our valued customers. Our range includes prime steel, CR/GI/ PPGI Coils & sheets, new material roof sheets, sandwich panels, H beam channel, C/Z steel, steel villa, steel structures, etc. Till now, we have 200 employees and four workshops. Our products have covered main global markets such as Africa, North America, South America and Middle East. Our markets spread to over more than 20 countries and regions.
Our Manufacturing Unit
Our steel structures, building and resorts decoration materials are carefully fabricated in our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit using the latest machines. Owing to the strategy of industrial centralization, our factory is located at the center of steel building material production base and thus, ensures consistent product quality along with low price and constant availability. Our unit is equipped with a full set of equipment such as highly speed rolling, die-cut, material recycling, heat incision, heat combination and corrugated machines.
Quality Assurance
We have our own QC staff that includes seven persons in chemical department and eleven persons in machinery department. Our QC department strictly checks the quality of the products at every production level. Our staff visits the factory directly and takes random samples, which are further compared to the quality standards. Our professional engineer can also set the machine on site, if required. We can also apply for the third party inspection for our clients on special requests.
